Hi, I'm Dustin. Founder of Parnell Strategy Inc. and a strategic partner to startups navigating product-market fit, team growth, and operational clarity.
Over the past 15+ years, I've worked across engineering, product, and leadership roles. From building MVPs and leading dev teams to guiding key decision makers through the complexity of early scale. I've been a consultant, contractor, technical lead, and co-founder. That range gives me the pattern recognition to plug in where momentum is blocked, whether that's your roadmap, architecture, or culture.

With a background in mechatronic systems engineering, product strategy, and business leadership, I see across disciplines and connect the dots quickly.
